Hong Kong is a strange place! Just two minutes from this huge city, there is some very nice trails that takes you away from all the noise.

I did a short walk/jog/run on the hills behind the hotel today, and I actually got the chance to see a little bit of the course that we will run on Saturday.  Before my run, I did an interview with Bryan Powell of irunfar.com.

All the trails is very well marked.

There is (of course) some pavement, but also long sections of trails.

This is five minutes away from downtown Hong Kong.
